The Heart of Tuscany: Easter Edition 2026
An intimate journey into Tuscany’s springtime soul.
Step into a timeless rhythm of renewal.
This special Easter-week edition of our beloved Heart of Tuscany trip invites you to experience Chianti as spring awakens the vines, the hills glow with new green, and ancient traditions come alive.
From your home base at Corzano e Paterno—a 3-generation working wine and cheese estate perched among olive groves—you’ll savor slow days and deeply rooted cultural moments. Holy Week in Tuscany is a feast not just of food and wine, but of spirit, beauty, and connection.
What Makes This Trip Unique
Celebrate Easter in Florence, joining locals for the unforgettable Scoppio del Carro (Explosion of the Cart)—a centuries-old fusion of faith, fire, and renewal in the heart of the city.
Attend a sacred music concert in a candlelit church, where Renaissance arches echo with Vivaldi and Palestrina.
Gather around a festive Easter table, savoring traditional dishes—spring lamb, sweet rice cakes, seasonal vegetables—paired with the region’s most expressive wines.
Experience Good Friday processions, walking in the footsteps of generations past, surrounded by torchlight and reverence.
Slow down into estate life: taste fresh pecorino from the farm’s dairy, sip new wines, and watch the Tuscan sun dip behind rows of cypress.
Through our longstanding personal relationships in Tuscany, you’ll enjoy authentic access to winemakers, chefs, and cultural stewards who share their stories and tables with warmth and depth.
You won’t just taste Tuscan food—you’ll be welcomed into its living traditions, from family kitchens and Easter pastries to seasonal ingredients rooted in centuries of rural rhythm.
On Easter Monday, join Italians in honoring La Pasquetta—a joyful countryside tradition of gathering, relaxing, and savoring one final meal together under the open sky.
A Sacred Season for All
Whether you consider yourself religious or not, Easter in Italy invites a sense of reverence.
For believers, this is an opportunity to participate meaningfully in one of the most important weeks of the Christian calendar—in places where faith is lived through art, ritual, and community.
For non-believers, the sacred is just as present: found in the hush of a hillside church, the breaking of warm focaccia, or the way a village gathers around the same fire year after year.
In Italy, the divine lives as comfortably at the table as in the sanctuary.
Our Days Together
Each day is curated to blend seasonal flavors, cultural depth, and local intimacy.
You’ll enjoy private tastings, relaxed cooking classes, countryside picnics, and excursions that bring you close to Tuscany’s Easter heartbeat—from abbey Masses to open-air markets to blooming monastery gardens.
We balance gentle structure with plenty of space to follow your own curiosity.
Whether that means a quiet morning with espresso and birdsong, or joining a village celebration off the tourist track—we’re here to open the door.
